For the 2020 event we have decided to change the booking in process for vehicles to a fully online system only. As a result all vehicle entries should be made online via the form below on this page. Email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or Facebook messages via our Facebook event page are also welcome but please include all the details covered by the form below (note that we no longer ask for your postal address). This new process not only makes the administration of the event easier for us to manage behind the scenes, but saves us all the growing costs of paper, printer ink and postage as physical paperwork is sent back & forth.
Please note that we will not be sending out paper joining packs this year which again saves us the associated costs.
